Today I went to the fish shop and I asked for 250g of Ling for dinner - this is not the first time this has happened - so the sales assistant goes to have a look at the all the Ling’s, and she always thinks long and hard to pick one. She’s normally off by 30-40g. But this time, she was spot on 250g, and she literally jumped in the air, and gave herself a hi-5. Day made.
